The host Duncan communicated throughout the booking process and gave us information about the local area. There is. "We were initially very tensed as we are going to Europe for first time. Communicated with the owners (Karen & George), they were very friendly and eased our anxiety. Karen met us after we checked-in and she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and daughter liked the glamping area very much, its safe. I highly recommend if you are planning for a trip to Loch Ness and need a small private atmosphere."

"The staff are very attentive; however, the hotel’s facilities leave much to be desired: the carpets are torn in some areas, the same goes for some armchairs, and the furniture in general is very worn out. The breakfast offers little variety. Our intention was to stay in a castle, but we were disappointed by the worn and neglected appearance of the hotel’s interior"
