"The apartment itself was perfect, bright, modern, and I enjoyed the excellent kitchen. The location was fabulous. Right outside the door, was the main street which had many boutiques, interesting shops and an excellent selection of restaurants. A river ran right under the main street with beautiful parks both sides, this directly by our accommodation!

"Our stay began with several unacceptable issues. We travelled from London, ON, with our children, ages 3 and 1, and arrived around dinner time. For the first several hours, we had no heat or access to the TVs.
When I called the number listed on VRBO for assistance, the gentleman who answered stated he no longer worked for the company and abruptly hung up. My husband eventually discovered that breakers in the garage had tripped. The home took hours to warm up, and when I reached someone...

"Great walking location, furnishings clean and comfortable. More photos of the inside and outside would help potential viewers understand the accommodation amenities. There is no sitting area outside, therefore for longer stays this might be an issue. No television, which was a surprise."

"The property is in a great location in Perth, walkable to every place a person might want to go. Randa was responsive and easy to deal with. I wish I had stopped in at her business to meet her. There are quite a few stairs, but we knew that going in. It was good exercise for a couple of oldsters! Coffee and/or wine on the back balcony was ideal. Enjoy your stay!"
