"The apt. was exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable accommodations. The apt. was extremely clean and had everything you would need during your stay. Nice quiet neighborhood/street. Easy parking. All in all a very nice place to stay in Portland. The owner was quick to respond to me as well as forthcoming with information about places to eat and see. I would definitely recommend this apt. to stay in. "

A mini-fridge, coffeemaker and microwave oven do not make this a "Studio" in the sense that I understand that word (i.e., a one-room apartment with kitchen and bath). "We had a great stay and were a bit surprised (pleasantly) that the 4th of July fireworks were set off in the park across the street (East Promenade). We enjoyed the location but it is a bit far from Old Port area where most of the activity was. Note: parking in the Old Port area is VERY expensive (20-26 for 2 hours (minimum time)) so it is likely better to walk (15 minutes) or uber to that area."
