"Staff was super helpful; I arrived hours before check-in, and they let me store my baggage at the front desk. Room was clean and A/C was great, there were a couple of spots in the bathroom that seemed a little run down, but just normal wear and tear."

"Pay to park, no room service menu in the room, room was extremely basic, pillows were flat and cases were old and loosing threading, had to request more coffee be brought up to room and only received one additional serving for 3 night stay."

"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here ..."
