Renovated Portland Single Story Home- Wine Country, Amaterra, Nike, Zoo, Intel

Come stay at our beautifully renovated single story Portland home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra bonus office/tv room, laundry room and spacious fully fenced backyard. This house is perfect for a quick trip to Portland or a long term rental. Close to downtown, Amaterra, Nike, Intel, the Oregon Zoo, Forest Park, Portland Childrenā€™s Museum, Washington Park, and more! Drive 20 minutes to Oregon Wine Country, an hour to the Coast, or an hour to Mt Hood.

Our ranch style home with tasteful dƩcor can accommodate up to 8 guests. We have all brand-new furniture and high-end mattresses, fully stocked kitchen and brand new gorgeous bathrooms, high end appliances, new washer and dryer etc. This home has everything that makes you feel at home. Perfect for couples, business travelers, family with kids, and groups. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, so no large/loud parties are permitted.

The home has three bedrooms. 1. Master bedroom with a king bed. 2. Second bedroom with a queen bed. 3. Third bedroom with a twin bed and a crib.

There is an additional front fully enclosed sitting room with a glass panel door. It does not have a closet, but there is a dresser and a tv. There is a non-sleeper sofa in that room and we do provide a Queen air mattress and linens for the air mattress. Many of our guests use it as an additional 4th bedroom with the Queen air mattress.

The garage is not available to guests and will be locked. Please feel free to park two cars in the driveway. There is also parking on the opposite side of the street right in front of the home.

The home is not fully ADA compliant but is very comfortable for guests with disabilities. To enter the home, you will have to step up a couple of inches over the threshold, but once inside the home is a single level. The master bathroom has a roll in shower, extra wide doorway into the bathroom, and grab bars in the shower.

Lovely Home and Great Hosts

Lovely Haven in a quiet neighbourhood

We had a few days in Portland before heading to Bend for a week long vacation. This house was perfect - very clean, had every amenity needed and I have to say some of the most comfortable beds! Neighborhood was quiet and the house felt very private. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and work with. We would stay here again.

Clean and spacious

We really appreciated the cleaning products, trash bags, shampoo, etc. that was available at the property. The small stuff counts. We comfortably slept seven people, with two teens on couches and a young child on an air mattress. Very nice and convenient to the neighboring residential area.

Great Soccer Weekend

My family stayed at West Haven-Sylvan during a soccer tournament weekend, and the home didnā€™t disappoint. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and felt safe, and the house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and updated, and had lots of space for the family to spend time together and to spread out and have alone time. Grocery stores, pharmacy, and restaurants are nearby. If we ever need a place in the Portland area, weā€™ll look for this house first.

The perfect property for a Family

Excellent home for families

This home was by far the cleanest I've ever stayed in, just immaculate. My 7 year old granddaughter was in heaven playing with all the toys and having tea parties with her dolls. The home is roomy, comfortable, in a beautiful neighborhood. The host went above and beyond when we locked ourselves out, and was so responsive to help resolve our dilemma.

We love this house!

Very very very Clean house! Owners have recently remodeled with all the new , top of the line hardware, flooring, appliances, paint colors and decorating. They answered texts quickly and were kind and responsive. The yard is enclosed and the street is quiet. 5 minutes from Hwy 26 and 217....easy!!!!!
