This is a private 2-bedroom booking within the 315 side of a NE Portland duplex. The third bedroom in this side remains locked and is not part of this reservation; the living room, kitchen, bathroom, included bedrooms, and basement laundry are for your private use during the stay.



The 317 side of the duplex is a separate apartment with its own entrance and is not part of this booking. There are no shared interior areas.



Inside, you'll have a bright living room, dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, fast WiFi, Smart TV, central heat and AC, and in-unit washer/dryer in the basement.



The layout is spread across levels: living/dining/kitchen on the main level, bedrooms upstairs, and laundry in the basement. Stairs are part of the stay.

Talk about location! This area is often referred to as Foodie Row. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from two of Portland's hottest streets, Alberta and MLK. The neighborhood is brimming with shops and restaurants where you can easily lose track of time. You’ll even find a unique coffee roaster inside a double-decker bus! If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you’ll need a couple of days to explore everything this vibrant neighborhood has to offer.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — This neighborhood offers easy access to nearby dining and shops along Alberta Street and the surrounding blocks. A pleasant, walkable area with a strong local feel.



🚌 Bus — Multiple TriMet bus lines serve the area, including Route 4 (Fessenden) on Williams/Vancouver and Route 24 (Fremont), with frequent service to downtown (~15 min).



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 13 minutes by car or a quick MAX Red Line connection from nearby stations.

Free street parking is available out front and on surrounding streets. Parking is not assigned, so please follow posted signs and be respectful of neighboring spaces.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests

10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance)

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
