Come one come all! This condo is located at 1 E Grand Ave #303, Old Orchard Beach, ME. Plenty of space for you and your family or friends on the beach, in the center of OOB activity, or relax on the long balcony with ocean views! Enjoy the indoor pool on not so nice days or pass the time with a variety of board games. Many great places to eat, a hop, skip and a jump away. Come and experience the best of Maine Coast! 7 night minimum stay Mid June through Labor Day. 2 night minimum stay the rest of the year.

Condo is beautiful. Right on the beach with everything in walking distance. Plenty of room in the condo. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Being off season the check in was a little crazy as no one is there. We had to call the manager who came in about 15 minutes. But being off season it was understandable and was not a big deal. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are constant trains which took a bit to get used too. Overall great place and would stay there again.

Old Orchard Beach

Very nice condo, exactly as described in listing. View of ocean was better than pictures. Was a great location for us to explore Maine. Communication with host was excellent.

Very Nice

Nice, roomy apartment. We were very pleased to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which worked out very nice for us. View of the ocean on the balcony. Central location to other cities including Portland. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful weekend with friends!!

Even though the weather was not ideal, the weekend turned out to be fabulous! Great food, great friends, great space! Everything we needed was stocked! Comfortable beds, very clean and accomodating! Thank you to our wonderful host!

Great vacation in OOB

This was our fourth time staying at the Grand Victorian in OOB and once again we had a wonderful time. The property was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this unit again when we return to OOB.

Very Nice Condo at the Grand Vic at Old Orchard Beach, Maine

We have been staying at the Grand Vic since 2008 in various condos. We rented the same one for about 8+ years and have been looking for another to rent each year. We believe (hope?) we have found it in #303. The condo is very nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, lots of games, many beach items, and the best equipped kitchen we've seen. Add to that an attentive host and you have a formula for success. Every question was answered promptly and completely. We really hope to rent #303 again next year. Thank you, Tammy L. Tenney!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was just as pictured. It was beautiful. Everything that we needed was supplied. Having sheets and towels was a great plus! We enjoyed being right in the middle of everything. We were surprised that it was so quiet. Our granddaughter enjoyed the amusement park and she loved the pool. She spent a lot of time there because of the high tide. The waves were strong for her. We had to wait a while to get a luggage carrier. One had an issue with a wheel, so I followed the worker and waited for him to fix it. I had to wipe the counters. It didn't look like they had been cleaned. When I picked up the place mats, it was wet underneath and smelled like fish. The French door windows needed to be cleaned, too. Other than those two things, it we had a wonderful time.

Great OOB spot!

What can I say? This location is perfect for OOB. 2 minute walk to the beach, pier, rides, and most importantly pier fries! Great people watching from the balcony as well! Condo was great! Fully equipped with beach gear, utensils, plates cups, etc. Communication/check in etc. was excellent! Only caveat is it can get noisy down by the pier. This is part of the appeal for us but if this is not your thing, you may want to look up the road a bit.

Review of 5 all around.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the closeness to the beach, loved the balcony first thing in the morning to have our coffee. The only comment that I have is that the shower and bathtub need mats. The porcelain gets slippery when wet. Other than that it was all perfect. Would definitely stay there again..šŸ˜€

Off season trip to Maine

Beautiful condo and quiet area. Enjoyed the stay and ease of getting around. Owner was very helpful when we had challenges getting in town due to Hurricane Lee. Will come back again!!

Great location,nice place.

I really liked this place and the location can't be beat, especially if you have a son who wanted to spend 24 hours a day at Palace Playland. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very spacious. My only complaint is that it seemed that every outlet I wanted to plug something into was switched, and I didn't know which switch controlled it. Not sure if I would stay here again because I like to try new places, but I would definitely recommend it.

Great Location

We've stayed in this building (The Grand Victorian) many times. It really is a prime location in OOB, being right in the heart of all the action. This unit has almost everything you need for a beach vacation without having to pack anything but your bathing suit. There is a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys (buckets, shovels, body boards, etc.) and even beach towels! It may not be perfect, but it's close. If you're cooking, some of the non stick pans have been abused with metal utensils. Also, some of the spices are past their expiration date. At bed time, it can be a little bright. If you sleep with an eye mask, you'll be ok. The bed in the master bedroom could be replaced sooner rather than later. My kids age 7 and 9 were exhausted every night, so they just passed out at bedtime. Too tired to notice the lights from the parking lot or what the bed felt like . Definitely a wonderful place and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would both recommend and stay here again.

Worth Every Penny

We had an amazing stay with our three kids 5 and under! It was easy to baby proof, the location is a few feet from the beach, arcade, amusment park and a ton of dinning including gluten free! There is a cart to help carry up your things from the car which made unpacking and packing a breeze! We brought sound machines which helped with the noise from the train and some suction travel blackout curtian to help with the flood lights from the parking lot outside the bedroom windows! Tammy provides everything you could need and we cannot wait to come back again! Book this place you will not regret it!
