Nestled in the trees, with a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You will be surrounded by nature, with all of the conveniences of the City. New finishes and comfortable spaces to relax, will help you to enjoy your home away from home. Conveniently located to OHSU, S Waterfront, I-5 South and Downtown Portland. This NEW private guest house was designed with guest comfort in mind. Modern finishes and upgrades offer style and comfort in this cozy space. 700 ft.² featuring One bedroom/ sofa bed / 1 full bath. Sleeps up to 4. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer,. FREE Parking, Cable/WIFI.
Get cozy in the living area, featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge, and converts to a full size sofa sleeper. Flat screen TV with cable, and a Roku make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Cable or streaming with the amazon fire stick! There is also a work space/desk in the living area with ample space for working from home.
Fully stocked kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal. Full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove-top, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table and seating for up to (4).
The master bedroom, features a king size bed with comfortable, crisp linens. There is a dresser and closet space for hanging clothes, and storing personal items.
Bright and modern bathroom with shower, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
Stacking Washer & Dryer for guests use is located in Kitchen.
Outdoor space with lounging area, table & chairs for outside dining. The house is nestled in the trees and offers a forest vibe.

We accept up to (2) well behaved dogs with an additional $50 per pet fee. Please see our Pet Policy before booking, We are NOT able to host Cats due to allergies.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire private guest unit and private patio. **The owner lives onsite in the main house and this is a private guest unit. We manage the property for the owners and ask that if you have any concerns or questions you contact us directly.
The Neighborhood: This neighborhood is convenient to I-5, OHSU, and downtown. Approx 5-7 min to the OHSU campus. Beaverton, Tigard and Washington County are on the borders and minutes from the property.The home is located in the Multnomah Village District, known for its charming small town vibe. Multnomah Village has plentiful sidewalk cafes, bakeries and bookstores, and offers casual dining options like taverns, cozy American restaurants and traditional Italian eateries. In sprawling Gabriel Park, there are sports fields, a large skatepark and picnic areas. Stores selling women’s fashions, rustic home decor and antiques cluster around Southwest Capitol Highway. The Hillsdale neighborhood is also very close to the location and features plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife.
Getting Around: The home is convenient to I-5, OHSU, Hillsdale, South Waterfront and Downtown. Approx 5-7 min to the OHSU campus and South Waterfront, located within .5 miles of Multnomah Village, minutes to I-5, Barbur Blvd and Capital Highway. 5 minutes to Hillsdale. Beaverton, Tigard and Washington County are on the borders and minutes from the property.
Public Transportation: Bus Stop 367-SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy & 30th - .3 miles & Bus Stop 340 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy & Dosch- .4 miles.
MAX Lightrail is South Waterfront/SW Moody MAX Station, Southbound & Northbound OR Oregon Zoo MAX station. Both approx. 3.6 miles. You can park at the max station and get anywhere in Portland Metro including PDX, Beaverton & Hillsboro.

Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking. ~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10 pm. ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. ~ We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dogs into our home! -We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. - Maximum of 2 approved, well-behaved Dogs allowed at an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. -Please provide breed, age and size of dog with your reservation.
PLEASE also be aware of our pet policy: -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest. -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets.
