Additional Property Information:
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside at these times, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

A lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay at this home. The outdoor space was incredible, the single-level floorplan ideal, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our small kids especially loved the mini-golf and outdoor lounge area. We had one small issue with the home (loose front door handle), but the owner took care of it very quickly and our stay was barely impacted. Overall, this was a wonderful house and we look forward to future return visits.

Lovely forest getaway

We had an excellent time! Sheets were spotless and everything was laid out for us. Unfortunately, the master bathroom toilet was running when we arrived and was not operational during our stay. The management company was responsive and offered to send someone over on the weekend to fix the toilet and some of the other minor issues we encountered. We had a great stay!

Great Place!

We stayed the weekend while our home was having some repairs done. The house is very charming and beds were comfortable. We loved being able to watch the TV in the awesome outdoor area.The location is very quiet and peaceful.

Excellent family Christmas

We gathered in Portland for our family Christmas this year. One of our kids is in a wheelchair and this single-level home was ideal. It worked out perfect for us. Location was great- quiet, safe neighborhood, beautiful trees.

Beautiful property that needs some tlc

The yard is amazing! And the house was nice. The management company needs to step up their maintenance. When we arrived the dishwasher wasnā€™t cleaning. We were disappointed that the management company didnā€™t notice this nor fix it in the time we were there after we notified them of it. Luckily my son in law was able to clear the clogged line and get it working. Staff should have noticed that the dishes werenā€™t getting cleaned. Also- we rented with two young babies yet there were several ant traps around on the floor that had clearly been there for a long time. Also, a toilet seat was broken when we arrived- it took 3 days for it to be fixed. The kitchen had barely enough silverware for the 7 of us.

Family memorial trip

We we're in the Portland area to attend a memorial service. We met up with other family members. The house was an excellent place to stay and serve as our home base. Very clean with a good layout. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. We would love to stay again. comfortable.

Amazing outdoor setting

Beautiful home the outdoor amenities were amazing The home itself lacked in cleanliness. The sheets were dirty in one of the bedrooms and the dining room chairs were a bit wobbly, felt like it may break apart at anytime. If they put some time into deep cleaning the home and updating some of the broken furniture we would come back.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood

This was a great house for our little getaway. We needed a quiet place for us to watch movies, play cards, and hang out together and this was exactly what we needed. The fully fenced yard was nice so my dog could explore the latest smells whenever he wanted.

Family friendly place to stay

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and well located to nearby Tualatin where we were visiting family. The multiple bedrooms allowed everyone to have a comfortable sleeping area and some privacy. The outdoor space in the backyard provided fun for our seven-year-old granddaughter who enjoyed the golf. Putting green, corn hole game, and ping pong table in the garage. The decor was modest, but clean, and the communication and check-in process was easy and seamless

Great family place!

Our family loved this house so much. There was more than enough room for our family of four. We absolutely loved all the games provided and had so much fun playing ping pong and golf! The neighborhood is perfect and close to stores, coffee shops, etc. The backyard is absolutely amazing!

Backyard Delight

The property was just as it appeared on the listing and better! The backyard is truly a wonderland of fun and relaxation. Our family spent every moment possible outside. We forgot about the ping pong in the garage and on the last evening spent our final hours enjoying the game. The house and bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. We look forward to returning the next time we visit Oregon.

Wish it was true

The photos of the house were great. Unfortunately, it wasnā€™t so. The dining chairs & outdoor furniture was stained & dirty- we didnā€™t sit on it. The outdoor tv didnā€™t work- they came to repair & replace, but it never got resolved during our stay. There were spider webs everywhere. We were told yard maintenance was on Thursdays from 11am-1pm. But they woke up our sons at 9am on Friday morning with their blowers. We were asked to not wear shoes in the house, bottom of my white socks were destroyed by dirt, the interior doors were disgustingly dirty, there were bug traps throughout the house, we had mini bugs or ants coming out of the main bathroom counter electrical socket, the stove top filaments did not work properly, and the bed in the first bedroom in the hallway was so loud, our son had to move to another bedroom during the night. We took photos to document. We were not impressed with the house because the photos conveyed something different. However, the customer service team were very friendly and the putting green in the backyard was fun. Iā€™m sorry to write this review. We expected more.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our family was gathering for a funeral and this house provided a refuge for us to gather and be together perfectly. The kitchen was well-appointed and the outdoor area was wonderful. The home was clean and the property management team was fantastic. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Comfortable spot with great beautiful backyard

My family and I needed a place to stay with relatively close proximity to our neighborhood as our roof was being repaired. The house was plenty for our family of 4 and an extra room to work from home. The house was equipped, had very comfortable beds, and the backyard is just beautiful. I did read about the ant situation so we made sure to clean well between meals and didn't have an issue. Few stragglers here and there, but nothing to complain about. I rated cleanliness 4stars as the drawers and fridge drawers could use a vacuum of crumbs, but overall the house was clean. I appreciated the immediate welcome from the management company if I had questions, which I did, and details of our stay. Devyn was very quick to respond to an appliance that wasn't working and had brand new blender delivered. Overall if needed, we would absolutely stay again.

Ridiculous septic system with backed up sewage covering the master bathroom floor, we cleaned it up,

Deferred maintenance throughout. BOTH toilets failed resulting in all four of us force to share one small bathroomā€¦. First the master bathroom failed and a plumber came that night and snaked the toilet. The next day the other toilet failed, overflowed, we cleaned that up and were told that a plumber could not come until the next day. Four of us again sharing one bathroom. This plumber told us that the eintire system was old and did not have the capacity for handling four guests: in a four bedroom home!. Also. I dropped an earring and looked under the bed for it: there was a half used set of birth control pills, a menstrual pad, lots of dirt and lint, many pages of school homework, a dental tool and miscellaneous junk. Also, I was scratched (and bled) by a rusty looking television cable connector in the bedroom that was portruding from the wall and not covered. After all of this we asked for a small accommodation: a late checkout. We were denied even a few minute extension and had to leave the home without having showered and without ample time for us all to properly pack. My daughterā€™s graduation weekend was seriously impacted by all of the deferred maintenance issues: we were having to dress and be prepared for multiple ceremonies and social gatherings, and of course attempting to hit all of these marks was next to impossible given the problems with this home. We asked the management company to compensate us fairly but we were referred back to the home owner.

Perfect place for family gatherings!

This property had an amazing backyard with so much space and fun stuff for the kids and adults. I just wish it hadnā€™t been so hot! But the air conditioner worked great. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. it was really cute inside. Finally the host was very good about getting back to us with any questions we had almost immediately. We would definitely come back to this property.
