Our home was just completed, new construction features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only steps away from the Max/Train-experience Portland like a native rather than a visitor. Situated in North Portland aka NOPO-the Kenton Neighborhood is true Portlandia. A two minute walk puts you in Kenton Historical District with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, and a beautiful park.

The pictures in this posting are for unit #9 which is on the third level, which is accessed only by stairs--stairs ARE required. This unit has two bedroom, two bathroom, a complete kitchen, and private balcony.

The kitchen is new with quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances. The bathrooms are large--one features a tub/shower with tile surround and the second is an ensuite featuring an elegant walk-in shower. The master bedroom and the secondary bedroom are furnished with queen size mattresses with linens.

This apartment will comfortably fit 6 guests at one time. (2 beds (Queen Size)/1 queen air mattress in common space)
