Our home was just completed, new construction features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only steps away from the Max/Train-experience Portland like a native rather than a visitor. Situated in North Portland aka NOPO-the Kenton Neighborhood is true Portlandia. A two minute walk puts you in Kenton Historical District with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, and beautiful park.

Because it is new construction it offers all of the latest amenities: gas stainless steal appliances, private patio, beautiful wood look LVT flooring, quartz counters, and plenty of light with big windows. The pictures in this posting are for unit #3 which is on ground level, so NO stairs are required. This unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a complete kitchen, and sectional for comfort in the living room.

The photos show the new furnishings as well as appliances. There is a large Roku TV to enjoy. The kitchen is new with quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances. The back bedroom has a queen size mattress and ensuite with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom features a full size bed and adjacent bathroom (not attached) features a bath & tub with tile surround.

This apartment will comfortably sleep 4 guests at one time, but there is an air mattress available for the living room if needed, which is why we can sleep 6 guests at one time.
