"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."

"We have stayed at this Embassy Suites before and were pleased with our accommodations, food, etc. Our experience on this visit was positive as well. From front desk to servers, staff is very attentive, professional and polite."

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"

"The room was exactly as I expected. Lights were on and the environment was inviting. Stuff in the front desk were very nice and professional. They were very helpful. I will recommend it. Definitely coming back."

"Basic hotel, some renovations in the rooms but still an old building. Definitely not soundproofed rooms, we had to complain over upstairs noise at 2 AM and they keep going until 4 AM. Surprisingly good mattresses, but high humidity in the rooms. Breakfast typical nothing special. It’s a pet friendly hotel but it’s definitely missing some pet friendly areas. Location not very friendly for walks either."
