The apartment has airconditioning installed, so you can cool down the apartment during warm summer days, or heat it on chillier days.

You will be staying less than 1 minute away from the main attractions of downtown Portimão, you can enjoy the local sweets, go to a show at the theater, or simply enjoy an ice cream on the Portimão riverside as you take your walk. With access to the city`s main transport, less than 15 minutes from the beach, you can spend your stay embedded in the local community. The apartment is located in the city center of Portimão and very close to the riverside. You will be staying on the third floor of the building, so you will be able to enjoy the river views. There is an elevator to get to the 3rd floor.

There is an open kitchen/living room area that is fully equipped. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. In the bathroom, you will find a rain shower. There is air conditioning installed in the apartment as well.

There is a washing machine, a dishwashing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a big fridge with freezer. So, it will not be a problem to feel right at home as we have all the necessities in place for you!

In downtown Portimão, you will be a few steps away from the lovely riverside. Here you will see all kinds of boats passing, and the fisherman arriving with their freshly caught fish. There are many restaurants, cafés and shops around the apartment, and supermarkets as well.

In the center of Portimão there are many nice spots to visit, lovely things to eat, or you can visit the local theater. And of course, you are a short drive away (with your car or public transport) from the famous beaches of Portimão. Staying in our Downtown Apartment will assure you can enjoy the best of both worlds!

Please note that a €150 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
