Located in the beautiful fishing village of Alvor in the Algarve, the apartment is new, air conditioned in a secure residence 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from the port and 15 from the famous beach d Alvor.
Free parking near the residence.
Many golf courses are within 5 kms from the residence.
Faro Airport is 45 minutes from Alvor
This apartment is on the second and last floor (roof terrace) with elevator with a large balcony of 16m2 overlooking the heated swimming pool, a second smaller balcony with barbecue waiting for the kitchen and a roof terrace with sea and panoramic views perfect for sunsets. sun, 31m2 with direct access to the large balcony fully equipped with a lounge, dining table, barbecue, sheltered by a shade sail.
Inside you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine + small appliances) with snack plan for 4 people.
A large living room with sofa bed (bed 140x190 of very good quality), armchairs, TV, internet.
A bedroom with a 160x190 bed, closet.

Apartamento moderno, super bem equipado, limpo, tranquilo, com uma excelente varanda para refeições com vista para a piscina e um "roof top" perfeito para jantares ou um drink ao final do dia. Recomendo vivamente para quem quer passar uns dias tranquilos numa boa localização, com pingo doce à porta e a 5 minutos de carro da praia (também pode fazer uma pequena caminhada mas como temos bebé fomos sempre de carro).

Wonderful Accommodation in Alvor

This was our second time staying at this clean and very well appointed apartment in charming Alvor. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment/dishes etc., and the outdoor space is wonderful! Pingo Dolce (grocery store) is located next door so shopping for food is very convenient.Our host (Nathalie) and Paula (who takes care of the apartment) are both a pleasure. Any questions you may have will be answered promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend this apartment, and would stay here again on a future visit.Thank you Nathalie and Paula.

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Communication with host for booking and with Paula for check in was first class. Added bonus is the roof terrace which gets the sun all day and amazing views of the sunset. Would definitely recommend here and would stay again in the future.

Lovely clean apartment

On arrival, Paula, the property agent met us at the complex as arraged. She was always available on her mobile but we had no issues. The apartment was very clean , plenty of crockery in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. The balcony overlooking the pool is very nice and a great place to sit/ dine. The roof terrace was great for lounging. The complex is quiet and well maintained . We would definitely stay again.

Albur Village

Un super logement, nous sommes habtiués depuis plusieurs années à passer nos vacances d'été à Alvor, et nous y avons passé deux excellentes semaines. Bien que la piscine soit située au milieu de la résidence, jai trouvé que la résidence était tout de même calme. Et nous nous sommes régalés avec la vue qui donne sur le rio d'Alvor. Nathalie est très arrangeante et disponible par message rapidement, et Paula est la première correspondante locale aussi accueillante et agréable que j'ai pu cottoyé, de plus elle parle Français de façon impressionnante, c'est pratique. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Merci Nathalie

Another great vacation in Alvor

Apartment immaculate as usual, this is our third annual stay here. Just one problem with the bathroom door which was a bit stiff to close, but this has been reported. Weather here in May/June is perfect, not too hot and sunshine every day. We’ll most likely be back next year. Transport to other areas from Alvor very keenly priced by Uber and a very efficient service as well from Algarserra in transferring from Faro Airport. Paula met us on time to give us access and explain things. All in all a great experience and enjoyable vacation.

Another nice stay in Alvor, our third year in booking this apartment.

Accommodation excellent and location perfect for the beach and especially the Pingo Doce Supermarketq next door. Very quiet location and only €5 to Portimao by Uber, €20-€27 Uber to Lagos. Found the Yacht Club at the harbour very good once more for daytime drinks & lunches. Only fault with the apartment was the toilet door which appears to have dropped a bit making it difficult to close properly. Paula met us on arrival so we had no waiting time as we phoned from the airport.

Stunning Alvor Views & Inside Cozyness

Stunning modern, super clean & comfie apartment with EVERYTHING you need for a perfect holiday. Rooftop patio the ‘icing on the cake’! Checkin seamless with the very helpful Paula & the owner Nathalie was very easy to communicate with as well. All in all, a perfect place to enjoy the charming village of Alvor.

We really enjoyed this nice, well equipped and modern apartment at a great location (close to a supermarket and the old centre of Alvor) where it is easy to park your car. Makes it convenient location to explore the Algarve region during our stay in April 2024 when the weather was gorgious.

Wonderful

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The apartment was very clean and modern. The kitchen was supplied with all the equipment you need, and the supermarket next door was an added bonus. Paula was there when we arrived, and showed us through the apartment. Nathalie is an excellent host. She responded to all my questions promptly before arriving in Alvor. Once there, I was not in contact with her as everything was perfect. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to Nathalie and Paula.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This apartment is spacious and very well appointed. It's a short walk in to Alvor town which was perfect for our needs . Our daughter and her partner stayed there for 1 week and loved it. It's a credit to the owner and well worth staying in.

It was nice to stay there Was nt gone on the rugs on the floor for hygeine reasons and they didnt look clean Rugs could be a place were ants would be attracted to and not seeable The sun beds on the downstairs balcony were nt that comfortably at all or safe for adults The cushions up on the roof were stained and could have done with a wash They are only small things but make a difference Hope you take this a positive feed back Thank you and we would like yo come back again

The apartment was fantastic. Everything you could need. Location to village 2 minutes walk. The roof terrace was stunning. The only negative was that there was no sunbeds by the pool, however that did not stop us from enjoying the pool. We would definitely stay again

Alvor holiday

Just returned from a months stay in this beautiful apartment with everything you needed and more. We didnt take full advantage as we chose to eat out but could have easily cooked or BBQ,d full meals. Roof terrace is lovely and catches any breezes when around we had a heatwave and it was extremely hot up on the terrace. There is a parasol but it was unstable when it was breezy so a sail or other shade option would be a useful addition. Location is fabulous easy walk to the main area bars and restaurants and Alvor beach. Very safe accomodation good wi fi, air conditioning and safe is provided and no need to take your own haidryer as good one provided.even an umbrella and shopping trolley in apartment if needed

Splendid Apartment

Just spent another superb seventeen days in Alvor. The apartment was just as we left it last year, everything very clean and tidy. Paula arrived exactly on time to give us access. The weather was similar to last year although slightly cooler but that suited us fine. Had a few visits to the Gastro Bar 13, excellent tapas restaurant. Tried the Indian Garden for the first time and enjoyed an excellent chicken bhuna. Will be booking this one again once we’ve sorted out the dates. This apartment remains highly recommended. Paula was easy to contact if any problems but we had none. If you like self catering, the supermarket is well placed nearby.
