"Avó Lucy" is a thoughtfully renovated vacation rental apartment spanning 61 m2 across the 4th floor, offering a well-organized 4-room layout with a maximum capacity of 6 guests, accommodating 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment was fully renovated in 2020 and features practical, modern furnishings throughout its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, furnished with a dining table and complemented by a hi-fi system and an electric heater, creating a comfortable and convivial atmosphere. From this space, you have direct access to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area, providing everything needed for self-catering stays.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes an electric heater for added comfort. The second bedroom mirrors this configuration, also offering 1 double bed of 140 cm by 190 cm and its own electric heater. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 pull-out bed that expands to 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for additional guests or children; this room also benefits from an electric heater and has a private shower and WC en suite.

The main bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, serving the remaining bedrooms. Please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms of the apartment.
