The Space:

Welcome to Burro Ville, an idyllic rural retreat where serenity meets rustic charm. Nestled amidst the tranquil countryside, our complex comprises 7 cozy houses, each offering a unique blend of modern comfort and traditional aesthetics.



Your home away from home awaits in this two-bedroom house, thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful haven for your stay. Alongside the two inviting bedroom, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, offering additional sleeping arrangements for your convenience.



Please note that donkey rides are no longer available. However, guests may request a visit to the donkeys, located on the owner’s nearby farm, with some advance notice.



The donkeys are very well cared for and live in excellent conditions. Their coat and appearance may look different because they are a specific breed, but they are healthy and never mistreated.



After a day of exploration, retreat to the shared terrace, where you can unwind with a glass of wine as you bask in the tranquil atmosphere.

Getting around Burro Ville and its surroundings is best facilitated by private transportation, as services and amenities are not readily accessible on foot. We highly recommend renting a car to fully explore the rural beauty of the Algarve region and to access nearby attractions with ease.



For guests arriving by air, Faro Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from Burro Ville. Renting a car from the airport provides the most convenient mode of transportation to reach our retreat and to embark on day trips to nearby destinations.



Our team is happy to assist you with arranging car rentals or providing guidance on transportation options during your stay. With a car at your disposal, you'll have the freedom to explore the enchanting landscapes and picturesque villages that surround Burro Ville, creating unforgettable memories along the way.



Other Things to Note:

The images of the donkeys shown in the listing are for promotional purposes only. The animals are on the property but kept in a separate area for safety and wellbeing reasons. If you’d like to visit them, just let our team know!



- Check-out is kindly requested by 11 am, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this timing.



- When leaving the premises, please remember to retrieve your keys from the door and remove the energy card to help conserve energy. Let's be mindful of our environment!



- We can offer breakfast for €14.90 per person per day. If you wish to book this service, you will receive a link to make the payment.



- Smoking indoors is not permitted. Failure to comply may result in a €100 fine.



- Enjoy our outdoor pool for free, just remember to observe basic rules of etiquette and respect for others.



- Need extra cleaning or a change of linen? We offer this service for an additional fee!



- The tourist tax in Portimão costs €2 per night and per person for up to 7 nights.



- Please observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am out of consideration for fellow guests.
