There is free, closed parking with control for the car, and they do everything on foot, everything is here around the house, the beach in front of the apartment.

The rules in my house are forbidden to make noise after 22:00, smoking is only allowed on the porch, they cannot leave dishes unwashed, and garbage inside the house, they will have to leave them on the street, in the respective places for this purpose.
