"We enjoyed our one night there. The host was quick to respond to texted questions. The train across the street did not disturb our sleep. There were a lot of dvds to choose from for the evening entertainment. The hosts sent a detailed set of instructions which made finding and using the house easy. "

We stayed at the charming Seaview Cabins, perched on the hillside overlooking the stunning Dunbeath coastline, and absolutely loved it. The cabin was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – all within a compact and cosy space.

"Book it! Loved the stay. Room was cozy and perfect for our needs. Ocean was a very short walk. So beautiful. Simon was fast and easy to reach through the app. And extremely friendly. Eat at the Golspie Inn. Delish! And so friendly there. Golspie golf was great!Side note, DO NOT use the local ATM for exchange rate. Fee was extremely high. Ripoff! Just use your credit card. Thank you Simon and Lyndsey."

"We had an amazing stay! The area is gorgeous, saw more stars than I've seen in decades. Drive or walk down to the harbor to do the fairy Glen walk and explore the beautiful nature and history just down the road. A great spot from which to explore the coast! "The property was nice and clean. Parking was easy, right on the property. Located right on the beach and footpath, so the ocean view was nice. The owner supplied all of the usual conveniences in the kitchen and bath. I was concerned about the Alexa device that seemed to be always listening, so we unplugged it. The radiator beside the tele was emitting an electronic signal, but I could not find the actual source. We were unable to operate the heating, so it was a little chillier than we expected....

"We had a great time at Sluice Keepers Cottage however the road can be noisy during the day but the cottage is blissfully quiet at night and that is the main thing. Lovely views over Loch Fleet with a great variety of birds to watch. The cottage is really well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of places to visit in the area and a great Sunday roast can be had at The Stags Head in Golspie with very friendly staff. The Milk and Honey cafe in Dornoch is another must for lovely food and great...
