"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

"This is frankly the most well appointed VRBO - or travel lodging - I have stayed in, and I have experienced many. This facility was thoughtfully and carefully renovated, furnished, and provided with amenities that went beyond what I would have expected. The communication was thoughtful and timely from start to finish. I make an annual trip to this area and I will make a reservation well in advance to insure I can stay there again."

Also a very convenient location for hiking in the area and for getting into the towns of Conway / North Conway. "This home was the perfect house for our North Conway getaway! Hot tub was delightful, our kids enjoyed the movie theatre, pool table and pong table! Fireplace and scenery were divine. We shopped at the outlets 10 minutes down the road, golfed and enjoyed the Saco river. It was a wonderful getaway. Would make an amazing ski vacation spot!!! Highly recommend!!"

The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been...
