Ideal for recharging your batteries, enjoying nature and discovering the region: hiking in the garrigue, walks around the ponds, marked trails, visiting the Cathar castles... A warm, comfortable and well-located place for a stay between relaxation, discovery and authenticity.

Accommodation:
House of 70m2 composed, on the first floor, of a living room of 30m², living room with flat screen television and a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...). Air-conditioned room.
On the first floor, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom equipped with two single beds and a desk (the 2 single beds can be assembled into a double bed). These 2 bedrooms have a built-in closet (shelves + wardrobe) and are air-conditioned.
On this same level, a separate toilet and a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and washing machine.
A third bedroom on the mezzanine, open to the first bedroom, with a double bed and a dresser, access via a miller's ladder.

Closet with cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, mop with bucket, drying rack and clothespins, ironing board with iron.

Home equipped with fiber optics.

Exterior of 33m² with a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people and a gas barbecue. As well as a square of lawn with 2 deckchairs.

The rental of the accommodation includes everything you need for a stress-free arrival, the time to go shopping (toilet paper, paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, pods for the dishwasher, doses for the washing machine).

Bed linen and towels are also provided.

For travellers with babies: we provide you with everything you need (high chair, changing table, adapted cutlery, travel cot with mattress, bathtub).
