From Dutchies, you can follow a scenic bridal path which hugs the coastline into Nelson Bay (approx 800m from Dutchies). Bagnalls Beach is the other local beach only 450m from the duplex, enjoy a walk along the beach or through the reserve, both reserves offer great children's playgrounds, BBQ and picnic facilities and public amenities. The township of Nelson Bay is just over 1km away and offers plenty of land and water based activities and entertainment, including many cafes, award-winning restaurants and boutique shops.

THE Duplex

Continuing through the duplex you will find 3 bedrooms, the spacious master bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, the second bedroom is also fitted with a queen bed and the third is fitted with 2 single beds, all 3 bedrooms offer pedestal fans for your comfort. The 3-way bathroom provides a standard size bath, large glass shower, vanity and toilet. The internal laundry features a washing machine. The property is beautifully landscaped and offers guest an undercover carport to park your vehicle.
