DETAILS: Nestled in the serene community of Cape San Blas’ tranquil Indian Pass, Vista Blue is a stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront home that sleeps 11. Enjoy world-class fishing and kayaking while exploring the wide, unspoiled beaches. Whether seeking a peaceful retreat or an exciting adventure by the sea, guests will find this pet-friendly property has it all—Gulf views, multi-level decks, a private boardwalk, and an unbeatable location along the Forgotten Coast.
This raised, 2-level home rests above a patio area with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet and a gas grill to cook up the fresh catch of the day—perfect for outdoor entertainment.

A light-filled living area greets guests on the main level with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Styled with new, modern furnishings, the living area offers a relaxing space to watch a movie on the 55” TV or gaze out on the Gulf through a wall of glass doors. This room opens onto a furnished covered deck with an alfresco dining table and a 4-seat bar table for seamless indoor/outdoor dining. The well-appointed kitchen features high-end appliances and a spacious pantry to prepare meals and stock snacks easily. A quaint breakfast bar seats 2, while the traditional dining area seats 10 more. A convenient bunk room on the main level boasts a twin-over-twin bed with a large TV and sitting area. There’s also a washer and dryer on the main level.
The upper level’s 4 guest bedrooms feature classic beach décor and new furnishings. The primary bedroom has a king bed and shares private access to a Gulf-front deck with a guest bedroom boasting a queen bed. This floor also includes a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed and an additional twin bed.

Vista Blue is a tranquil Cape San Blas escape steps from the Gulf. With on-site parking for 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles and a boat, exploring some of the country’s most scenic golf courses, wildlife preserves, and forests is easy. This prime location, with a private beach boardwalk, makes Vista Blue an ideal retreat for extended families and groups of friends. Family Fun

We enjoyed the time at this home away from home. The beach was just beautiful and no crowds. One personal issue was the use of trucks, jeeps etc on the beach driving back and forth. With small children this is an issue with being able to play on beach.

Great but not great

Loved the location and would love to come back but was not made aware of construction of new home next door and I mean within 10 feet of this house . They were putting in the pillars for the house and the banging of the crane, shock the whole house and could feel the impact at the beach also as they were being pounding in . Called management and was told it was on the website of construction but could not find anywhere listed . We could not sit out on deck during the afternoon due to extreme noise . Wish I could post the video and pictures on wall of how they were shuffled as result of impact . This was during stay of Oct 20-24 so hope the next vacationers will only be noise of saws !

Nice home but be aware of 360 Blue: Zero Communication

I want to start with the pros of the house. Very nice home, nice location, nice short distance to the beach with a short boardwalk. Plenty enough room for our family of 8 adults and 2 children that stayed. Now with the cons: Zero communication with both 360 Blue and VRBO. The first issue was that I paid for a pet deposit but tried to contact them multiple times weeks before our check in stating we would not be bringing our pets. No response. After check in, the house was not as clean as it should have been. Especially for the amount you pay for a cleaning fee. Sand was in a few of the beds and large bugs throughout the home. The wifi password provided was not correct. Tried again to contact 360 Blue by phone multiple times to get correct password but no one answered or called back. Would not have been a complaint, but my wife was having to do “work from home” via work laptop, which was not possible without wifi. The dryer doesn’t dry and the ice maker dispenser clogs up and leaks water onto the floor if not noticed. Also, the trash was not taken out the 2nd time of the week by a 360 Blue employee as stated in policy. We would have taken to the road if we would have known this wasn’t going to be done. I would not be leaving a bad review if we could have had communication with either 360 Blue or VRBO. I really hate it because we love the property but I will not be renting from 360 Blue again. Find an owner listing that's not listed by a property management company.

Love this property, but......

Book this property with the property manager 360 Blue. I booked through VRBO and they were non responsive to any of my questions. I also had some suspicious charges that I never got an answer for. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.
