Esta casa de 4.284 pés quadrados é profissionalmente decorado com mobiliário de alta qualidade e aparelhos personalizados e é novo para um programa de aluguel! Cape Bora Bora tem seis grandes quartos, todos com casa de banho privada, mobiliário novo e uma vista do oceano! Ele dorme 20 pessoas confortavelmente em camas, com um sofá-cama que pode dormir mais dois.


    O segundo nível da casa tem uma área de estar com 47 "TV de tela plana e DVD player com som surround, excelentes vistas, uma mesa de bilhar e lavabo. Há também um deck fora com assentos para lounge e apreciar a vista. Este nível também tem 2 quartos grandes, cada um com uma casa de banho completa. Cada quarto tem dois gêmeos sobre beliches cheios e pode dormir até seis confortavelmente em cada quarto. Ótimo para as crianças !!


    Como você anda, ou passeio, (há um elevador), para o terceiro nível de Cape Bora Bora você encontrará uma sala de bônus / área de escritório que permite o acesso a outro deck. Há também 3 quartos grandes neste andar. Quarto # 1, "Summerhouse" tem uma cama king size, vista para o mar e uma casa de banho completa. Quarto # 2, o "Palm Room" tem uma cama queen size, vista para o mar e tem acesso porta do pátio de correr para o convés e uma casa de banho completa. Quarto # 3 "Tranquilidade" também tem uma cama king size, vista para o mar e uma casa de banho completa com banheira de hidromassagem. Todos os quartos neste andar incluem TVs de LED.


    Agora para o quarto nível desta casa e as vistas deslumbrantes que esperam! Aqui você vai encontrar a cozinha, totalmente equipada para o chef gourmet, com novos aparelhos de aço inoxidável. A cozinha tem vista para a sala de estar / jantar com uma vista panorâmica do oceano e um envoltório em torno da plataforma. Good stay

Great property, we are already booked for next year. Only problem is some family's leaving their beach setup on the beach overnight and having a fire on the beach at night is good but people should clean up afterwards.

Property is incredible! Elevator works great, you must close the door when exiting to keep it working consistently. Its similiar to a NYC old fashion pull the gate closed elevator.Tips - extra entertaining platters and wine glasses in buffet cabinet in living room! I missed it until the last day!SPECIAL FEATURE! No stairs to beach! Its a ramp! Great for older people and wagons! Thought you should know!Extra parking was used a few doors down, where new condos are being built.Couch pulls out to a full bed on second level. There is a 1/2 bath on that level too.Both a Keurig and Regular Coffee Maker was helpful! Will book again!

Great stay in Cape San Blas!

We had a great multi family stay at this property! There were several maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were resolved quickly. The property managers are great! There were several areas to relax for all age groups. Would love to rent again.

Cape Bora Bora

Usually by the second day of vacation I start getting home sick, this was not the case at this Beautiful beach house. Everything was clean and decorated so tastefully it felt like home. The comfy beds to all the extra blankets in the house. Great job to all the people taking care of this home. Me and my family all loved cape bora bore at cape San Blas. I would definitely book a trip again.

Maybe our best family vacation ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best condos/houses our extended family has ever rented. The location and proximity to the beach and pool was unmatched and the layout was excellent for extended family- 17 people. The elevator was a bit tricky so we just used the stairs. Be aware that if you don’t use the elevator, the stairs are ALOT. Don’t let that dissuade you- just know going in that condo elevators are always tricky so if you absolutely need an elevator, I might go another route. Aside from that, though, this is a completely perfect. Beautifully appointed and has everything you can think of: the views from the decks are amazing. We were all stunned at how quiet the condo is. We had 3 children under 5 with our group and 4 teens. The stairs were quiet and sound didn’t travel. It made for a super relaxing week. You are literally a minute walk to the beach. Wonderful a/c - always kept it cold enough. Right down the road from coneheads which was a treat: we would absolutely go back.

It’s an easy walk to the beach and Coastal Joe Rental staff is very easy to deal with.

Coastal Joe Rentals was right on it and we did have our elevator working soon. Also we discovered a leak on the top floor from the A/C unit. There was someone at the house to check it out in 20 minutes! Good thing we called, major crisis averted!!Thank you Coastal Joe for the great customer service. I would certainly love to rent from you again!

Cape Bora Bora - GREAT family fun had there!

Roomy, well decorated, easy access to beach and swimming pool, and has GREAT balconies for dolphin and pelican watching!The staff at Coastal Joe Vacations are fabulous and responded well and quickly to any questions we had while we were there. The one negative we experienced was the grill. I planned two meals (for 13 folks) based on grill availability. When we looked at the grill it needed serious maintenance. I called the office and the next working day Alex was there taking care of business. Impressive!I highly suggest this unit for any large gathering - most especially if anyone has special needs and an elevator benefits.

Small issue with the elevator that was resolved for us. The counter icemaker was loud and the maintenance person was unable to remedy the problem but we just unplugged it.

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our first time staying at Cape Bora Bora. We often come to the Cape, but this is the first at this unit. It is definitely our favorite so far! Accommodations were even better than described. There was so much space for our multiple families with a wide age range of kids. We loved the multiple fridges, the huge sofa and large table. We enjoyed the puzzles and loved that there were no missing pieces haha! The only issue we really had was some water heater issues, but the rental company responded immediately and it didn't hinder our stay. There were tons of beach toys in the garage that our kids enjoyed.

Some of the issues we had the first time we stayed there were resolved, so we had a great stay. The 3 refrigerators are a must for our family of 20. There were a couple problems with the ice makers and elevator that were not resolved, but they were minor. The Wifi was a bit slow for the two that needed to work a few days while they were there, not what I would call hi speed. We love the location and size of the unit.

The house was unbelievable with balconies on every floor and a gorgeous view of the beach! It was very accommodating with comfortable beds any kind of kitchen gadget you could think of ever needing in your kitchen. The house was very spatious and everyone loved the pool table. The multiple fridges in the house were also a great help.

Spacious, well stocked, perfect for our large family. We had over 30 people in our group (between 2 condos) and all meals for the entire group was prepared and served at Cape Bora Bora. We have already booked Cape Bora Bora for 2022 and believe it will be another week of fun in the sun for our large family.

Great Property!

From the moment of check in until the day of check out, we enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Cape Bora Bora in beautiful Cape San Blas Florida! The house was great for our group of five families. Well stocked, nice condition, and beautiful views of the Gulf Coast. Close to the beach and pool! It was a very nice community to rent in. Thank you!!
