Gulf View Townhome on Cape San Blas


Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the top level of this 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath townhome that very comfortably sleeps 11. The top floor houses the living, dining, kitchen, half bath and furnished gulf facing deck. Watch TV, a video, DVD or simply relax and enjoy the ocean view in the comfortably decorated living area. The kitchen has counter seating for four and is fully equipped with all modern amenities including dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice-maker, microwave and coffee maker. Dine at the kitchen table which has seating for six, at the counter or on the deck. This unit also has an elevator which makes it easy to transport luggage and groceries.


The second and third levels have Gulf facing master suites each with a King Bed, flat screen TV and private deck looking out towards the Gulf. Bedroom number three is on the third level and has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV and a bay window overlooking the pond. Bedroom number four is on the second level and has a Twin over Full bunkbed with a trundle, a flat screen TV and a bay window. All four bedrooms have their own private full size bath.


On the first level there is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a private garage with parking for one car or a boat and space in the driveway for one car outside of the garage area. In addition, this unit has an adjacent parking space that is deeded to this unit.


Seacliffs is a private gated community that is located just outside the world famous St. Joseph's State Park. Bring your bikes and enjoy the trails or a canoe for a day trip to discover the pristine estuary of St. Joseph's Bay.

Beach Vacation

Our family had a great time. The unit was perfect. Very clean and plenty of room. One of the best parts was the great view from the top floor living area porch.

Great vacation spot! Needed some basics

Overall, we had a great trip. We love Cape San Blas and have gone there for decades! The property was clean and just as described. We were disappointed in a number of staples that were missing that we needed. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. After we ran to the Trading Post to get some, we found a pack under one of the sinks. The first night, we tried to make pasta for 9 people. We were disappointed that there was just a sauce pan, no pot to boil water to make pasta. The next night, we were having Taco Tuesday and again were disappointed there was not a can opener, salt or pepper. Our last miss was the gas grill. It looked like the grill knocked over and the insides were strewn about. We put it back together to find there was no propane in the tank. We read the owners guide which said they would reimburse us to get the propane filled. The Trading Post and the BP station on the Cape were both out of propane… strike three. Overall, it is a great condo, great location and we love the Cape, but was missing several key items that we are used to not thinking twice about. Again, great trip, great condo, but some attention to detail is needed.

Dog Beach Trip

Great location, esp since we were bringing our dog to the beach for the first time. Extra bonus that you can have bonfires at the beach. Generally the house fit the bill, but there were some minor things (towels, no shampoo/soap, digital keypad) that could be improved. There really isn't a desirable view from the condo, but the walk to the beach is short and the beach is fantastic.

Cape Boracay

Nice, clean, fun property! The downside is the 3 flights of stairs - but we made it work! The beach is beautiful and very relaxed. There isn’t much to do on Cape San Blas - so just be prepared. It isn’t commercial at all. We spent our days at the beach, cooked our meals and played games at night. It was very relaxing. This unit needs a few upgrades - as in new, good quality towels. The towels were like cheap hotel towels. For the amount of rent we paid - there should be better quality towels. The other upgrade needed is the internet - the only tv that works consistently is the one on the 4th floor. All in all - we had a really nice visit. The house is very comfortable!

Beautiful Vacation

Nice place, but lots of issues

We had a great time and loved the Cape. Overall, the house was nice and mostly comfortable. However, we had a number of issues with both the house and the rental company: - Day 1-2: no hot water for the first 24 hours. Took multiple emails, calls and texts to get ahold of someone. They did get a plumber out to fix it on Easter Sunday. - Day 2: got locked out for over an hour because they gave us a key that didn’t work. - Day 4: leak in shower. Maintenance came out fix promptly, but the guy apparently cut himself and left blood all over the house, which we had to clean up - Day 5: another leak in a different shower this one went away on its own - Day 7: leak from day 4 came back and this time it was spewing water. It even leaked down into the garage ceiling and flooded the first floor. Took multiple calls and two hours for someone to get there to shut the water off. On top of all that, they gave us six bath towels for six people and the sheets in the bed were full of sand (we go to beach often and it has never been that bad). The house itself was nice, location was great. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus. All of the issues individually were no big deal. Together, they consumed a lot of our time and took away from the experience. Recommend asking the homeowner and / or property management company to confirm these issues have been addressed before booking.

Beach life

great property to just get away from the city life. Property and location is perfect. Not many options for dinner close by, but its a short drive to port st joe. Stop by the store and enjoying staying in. Patio grilling was perfect for the 4th of July!
