Welcome to Sandpiper Place, a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in the gated community of Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas. This coastal retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers breathtaking Gulf views, just a short stroll from the beach.

Inside, the main living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and easy access to a half bath. The dining room, with seating for 6, is perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

Upstairs, the King bedroom and Queen bedroom each have their own en-suite baths with convenient tub/shower combos, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or explore the wonderful amenities that Barrier Dunes has to offer. Take a dip in one of the two community pools, including a Gulf-front pool with stunning views. Engage in a friendly match at the tennis courts, let the kids enjoy the playground, or cast a line in one of the community’s fishing ponds, with one located right outside the unit.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!

Boat parking is available in community. No pets. No smoking.

The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking and is just on the main road up from the unit.
