Built in 2021. This quaint beach cottage is elevated to give a beautiful view of Cape San Blas and the Gulf of Mexico. With plenty of parking for a boat and numerous vehicles. Enjoy watching the sunset sitting on the wrap around porch.

Great property, great experience. As soon as I saw the listing, I wanted to get it booked before someone else did. I'm glad I did. The house is beautiful, well stocked, and very clean. There is a lot of parking below the house and in the driveway. I spent hours on the front porch rockers. The beds were some of the most compfortable we've slept on. It's only a short walk to the beach. There was a wagon there to help carry our things, but we didn't bring much down so we didn’t use it. The owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had. We didn’t have any issues with the property. The pictures are very accurate. We are already talking about staying there again.

Loved this beach house. Amazing porch with nice views and cool breeze. Nice furniture on the porch and throughout the house. Eddie is very responsive and accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Plenty of room and convenient location. We definitely will stay here again. Thank you so much Eddie for sharing your home and allowing us to use the storage room.

Awesome Stay!

Loved our stay, house was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Short walk to the beach and the wagon on site is the perfect way to haul your stuff. Area is quiet and almost no traffic, we were there 4th of July week and almost had the beach to ourselves compared to Panama and Destin where you can't move and there is a sea of rental chairs. None of that here! Property manager is close by and can take care of anything you need. Great Stay!

Fabulous Place To Stay!

We had the best beach trip and this property was PERFECT! It was very clean, easy to communicate with owner, full stocked with everything you may need. I was impressed with the amount of bath towels supplied! Very comfortable beds and we LOVED LOVED LOVED the wrap around porch! We sat out there for hours and truly enjoyed ourselves. Short and easy walk to the beach and conveniently located to everything needed. We would def stay here again and hope to stay here again in the future!

Hart’s Haven South

Although we stayed at Hart's Haven only 2 nights during a beach wedding weekend, this house exceeded our expectations! Extremely clean and well equipped! The covered deck was a great spot to gather around the fire table and spend time with family. We had no issues at all and Eddie is very responsive to questions leading up to our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful home! Hope to be back someday for a longer stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed here for a quick weekend away with family. Property was clean and had a beautiful outdoor porch! We enjoyed getting to sit out and drink our coffee in the mornings. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect Beach getaway!

Harts Haven is the perfect place to stay! Super easy and short walk to the beach. Amazing views from the porch. Well stocked for cooking or restaurants within a short drive. Comfortable and roomy. The only thing you will want is to come back!

Port St. Joe stay

The beach house was amazing! We had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The owners were easily accessible and ready to help any answer any questions we had. The porch was wonderful with a breeze always present. It was just a short walk to the beach and not crowded at all. Just beautiful! We will definitely be back!

The house was great and as advertised. Our boys loved eating our meals out on the porch and the view of the gulf was very nice. Good location, quick walk/golf cart ride to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The best week ever!

We absolutely loved staying at Harts Haven South. Everything was even better than described. Basically one block off the beach where traffic from the main highway couldn’t be heard and close enough to be on the beach in 3 minutes. The porch…omg…the porch was wonderful and there was a constant gulf breeze. The rooms were perfectly appointed. I highly recommend it and am looking forward to the next time!

Home away from home

Hart’s Haven South exceeded all of our expectations. The sunset view is spectacular, the beds a comfortable. It is super clean, spacious, feels like home and is just a short walk to the beach. Our two littles ones enjoyed the wrap around porch and playing downstairs on their scooters when it was raining. This will continue to be our favorite vacation destination in the area for years to come.

Love the area!

I do give your place an overall 5 but would make a few minor suggestions: bedroom 2 and 3 need a night stand and lamp, an additional occasional chair in the living area, and an attached gate on the staircase. The wrap around porch is especially nice! The house had all the comforts of home with a wonderful viiew of the bay. Thanks !!!

Pictures don’t do it justice

This house and this place was perfect! Eddie responds quickly and was very friendly. The house is amazing and we loved the big windows. The big wrap-around deck is awesome and huge! If we weren’t on the beach, we were sitting outside on that deck! This place was extremely clean and neat. The beds are comfortable and you will sleep like a baby. The local neighbors are very friendly as well. This was our first time to Mexico Beach and it made quite an impression. It’s not crowded and it’s very family and dog oriented. Our dogs probably played with other families on the beach more than us. The kids also played with other kids and became vacation friends. We like to try different beaches but I hope we go back here next year! These memories will last a lifetime! To us, this house was first class.
