Vibrant colors and artwork define the first floor of this 3-level home, where guests will find a sitting area with a TV and beverage fridge. Sliding glass doors lead out to the stunning outdoor living area and pool deck. Spend the day swimming, sunbathing, or relaxing in the sitting spa. When lunchtime arrives, throw burgers on the grill and dine alfresco at the 4-person table. A footpath leads to the firepit and beach access, plus there’s an outdoor shower for convenience. At bedtime, retire to either of the level’s 2 guest bedrooms—the first with 1 king bed and the other with 2 queen beds.

Views of the Gulf and a unique ship-shaped chandelier bring beachy vibes inside the great room on the second level. *This home no longer welcomes pets. Pool heat is available for an additional $50 + tax, per day. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
