Completely remodeled luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo. Welcome to The Due Unit 3B in Mexico Beach, Florida. Enjoy panoramic Gulf of Mexico views right from the balcony. There is a private door from the master to the balcony. Master features king sized bed, oversized bathroom with walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones with a twin over full bunk bed and closet. Every room has its own flat screen TV. WiFi included. Gated access to the rooftop pool and hot tub where you can relax, swim, or grill out. Our condo has private beach access, covered parking spot, and less than an hour away from Panama City Beach and all of their attractions. If PCB is too loud for you, you'll love your stay in Mexico Beach where it's quiet, laid back, not crowded, and everyone is friendly.

Best Place Ever

This was an amazing place right on the beach! So nice to not have to cross the road to get to the beach, especially with little kids that like to go back and forth from the beach to the room and pool. The pool is not huge but nice to be able to take a break from the beach and rinse off for the kids. The rooms were great and had everything we needed. Amazing beach views!

We loved this property. The location is perfect with direct beach access and the condo is exactly as described. The rooftop pool and hot tub was the icing. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and some small towns to do a bit of shopping. Really is a lovely place.

This place is amazing. We had some rainy weather one day but the views from the master bedroom and living room are stunning so we still feel like we were able to enjoy the beach. Canā€™t wait to return.

Great condo, greater location! Nice to get away from city life and enjoy peace & quiet! Dolphins playing off the coast gave us quite a show! It really was everything we needed.

Great condo & location, butā€¦

Overall, great place & location. If you want lots of things to do, go to Panama City. Mexico Brach is very quiet & laid back. Weā€™ve been here 3-4X before & we like the quiet. This condo is well done & had great direct view of Gulf. Suggestions to improve - grab bars in both baths/showers; Better coffee maker (carafe leaks); directions on using TVā€™s (bedroom TVā€™s only get streaming services). All-in-all, weā€™d definitely stay here again. If you want a nice restaurant, youā€™ll have to go to Port St. Joe or PCB as Mexico Beach hasnā€™t fully recovered from hurricane Michael, so mostly food trucks.

Perfect vacation

The condo was amazing. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beach locker was super convenient so we didnā€™t have to drag Sandy chairs and umbrellas to the condo every day. Plenty of covered parking was also a plus. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!!

Peaceful getaway

We spent a night at the property on our way to Disney World, so it was a perfect "calm" of peace and serenity before the "storm" of Disney excitement and crowds. Property was beautiful, clean, with nice supply of towels, well-equipped kitchen, easy keypad access to the condo and roof top pool and a hot tub; convenient proximity to Port St. Joe with great restaurant and a bit of shopping. Would definitely consider coming back for a longer stay!

Loved our stay the views are amazing and not crowded at all , lots of food trucks close by plus fun towns to visit within an hour each way if you want to explore, the balcony was so great to have , when it was windy down at the beach you could still sit there with no wind . Highly recommend this place!

Such a wonderful stay and hated to leave!

We couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay! This condo is so lovely and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean with tasteful decor and amazing views of the beach. We loved sitting on the large balcony, seeing dolphins in the mornings and beautiful sunsets and stars at night. The beach is so pretty and clean with white powdery sand. Beds are very comfortable and the primary bath is spacious with a great walk-in shower. There is covered parking under the building and the elevator was nice, especially when hauling our things up and down. We didnā€™t swim in the pool but we went to the roof to see it and it was clean and there are cool panoramic views from the roof. We wanted a quiet, low key place to celebrate our anniversary and itā€™s exactly what we had. Mexico Beach is building back quite nicely since the 2018 hurricane and we think itā€™s a hidden gem of the Panhandle. There are not many shops or restaurants but we enjoyed the ones we visited. Nearby Port Saint John is also quaint and lovely with great restaurants and shops. The rental host responded to questions very fast and was always helpful. We look forward to vacationing there again!

A Taste of Heaven

This beach condo is pure perfection from the beautiful decor to the location on the white sandy beach. The condo was immaculately clean (I have allergies so this is important to me). The bright, sunny condo is tastefully decorated in every room; the furniture is stylish, yet comfortable, and the mattresses are new and wonderful to sleep on. The kitchen is fully equipped & well organized; cookware, kitchen ware, & small appliances are high quality products. It is heavenly to take walks on the white sandy beach and watch the sunset from the balcony while sipping a glass of wine. The whole property is in excellent shape; the pool & hot tub area is on the roof and has nice lounging chairs. Communication with the owner was easy & pleasant with a quick response time. Iā€™m extremely grateful that we could spend 2 weeks here unwinding from stresses in our lives. Many thanks to the owners for letting us stay in their ā€œpiece of heaven on the beachā€; I highly recommend this beach condo.
