This open-concept 2-story home provides ample space for a small gathering with family and friends. On the first floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, along with a 3-stool kitchen island and a small 4-stool breakfast table. A complimentary living area with plush linen couches and a wall-mounted TV overlooks stunning blue-green waters through a wall of windows. *This home welcomes up to 2 dogs with an additional, $200 non-refundable pet fee, plus tax. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
