NEWLY BUILT Beachfront Town-home! Stunning views of the gulf! If its room you need then Beachfront Paradise is perfect for your family. Large outside deck for entertaining and sun bathing.
Open concept in living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining room host a dining table with seating for 8 and a large island with 6 bar stools for extra seating.
The living room has two sofa beds and an additional sofa for space for everyone. Lets not forget the 86 inch smart TV in the living, its like being at the theater!
The Master bedroom host a king size bed and don't forget the private deck off the master bedroom, what a way to watch those beautiful sunsets while drinking a margarita, and yes there is a mini bar beside the master bedroom so you don't have to go downstairs to mix your cocktails. Master Bathroom has a soaking tub, custom shower stall and his and her vanities. The additional bedrooms upstairs have a Jack and Jill bathroom with a set of queen bunks in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other.
The main floor also has a bedroom with a king bedroom and a bathroom with a custom shower as well.
All bedrooms have smart TV'S

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
