This rare single-level home is the perfect getaway for small families or two couples looking to rejuvenate and re-energize themselves by the beach and the bay.

Spend your days at Twin Gables exploring the water or casting a line for premiere fishing year-round with easy access to the bay. Work on that Florida tan while floating in the bayfront pool or relaxing in the hammock. Get some exercise swimming against the swim jets in the pool. Pool heat is available for an extra fee of $50/day. Please add this fee when you are checking out. Depending on what platform you are booking through you may need to send a message to have it added manually.

Inside, the open floor plan features walls of windows, a well-appointed coastal-designed living space with ample seating, chef-suited kitchen, dining for 8, and a screened-in porch that spills out from the great room, making it easy to take advantage of the gulf breezes in any weather. The alfresco dining area and comfortable lounge seating is where you’ll find yourself enjoying the magnificent Cape San Blas sunsets, because let’s face it…a glass of wine tastes better with a view!

When it’s time to retire after a long day at the beach or swimming in the pool, comfortable bedrooms for the adults and a separate tree-house style bunk room for the kids offers plenty of peace and quiet. From the inside-out, this home offers luxury features that will elevate your vacation experience to new heights.

We do include 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cart for the beach. If you would like to rent Bikes, Kayaks, or Paddleboards, there are several places that you can rent from and they will deliver, just make sure to order well in advance. We also partner with Going Coastal Cabanas if you would like to have Beach Chairs and Umbrella set up for you at the beach each day. Their service sets up and removes chairs and umbrella each day (weather permitting) Let us know and we will provide you with their contact information.

We are dog friendly and our dog fee is $175 for up to 2 dogs. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture.

If you want to book a massage during your stay, please let us know at time of booking and we will provide you with the number to make a reservation.

Would you like to hire a Chef to come in and make a gourmet dinner for the family one night? Let us know and we will get you the contact information when you book. This service is booked up several months in advance so please ask for this information right away. If you would like groceries delivered and put away before your stay there are several available. Vacation Prep Squad, Ready to Relax Grocery Services, LLC, and Riley Brown`s Forgotten Coast Food Taxi all do a wonderful job.

Travel Insurance which can include cancel for any reason. If you are traveling between the months of June-November Travel Insurance is highly recommended for Hurricanes. Airbnb does offer travel insurance at check out.

Guest will have access to the entire home and pool. There is a shared dock at the bay and is also used by the guests at our sister property Bay Hammock. They access from the back of the property. The dock leads out to the marsh and from there you can carry your kayak or paddleboard to the water. Please be mindful and don`t let your pets run loose outside the fenced area.

We are available via the messaging app. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

There is an elevator that is not typically available to guests. However, if you have a family member that needs to use the elevator please reach out to us and we will make sure that it is unlocked for your use during your stay. Please do not allow children in the elevator and always bring your cell phone with you.

2 Dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $175.00. Please add the number of pets when you
enter the number of guests. Airbnb software has a glitch that sometimes does not add the pet fee. Please be aware that we will add this fee in after booking if Airbnb does not add it.

Twin Gables offers a private elevator to make your stay a little easier. While we’re happy to provide this feature, please keep in mind that it may occasionally be out of service, and repairs can take time.
A security damage deposit is added to each reservation to cover any damages that may be incurred during your stay. This includes improper use of the Jacuzzi`s, Pool or Pet Damage. This deposit will be refunded 5 days after your stay is completed.
