The property comprises 4000 m², including a 300 m² private terrace and unfenced garden with a private outdoor spa.

Ground floor: magnificent and bright living/dining room (wood-burning stove) converted from a former barn with pillars, separate fitted kitchen (one step up) with a small lounge/relaxation area (TV and pellet stove), kitchenette/laundry room (two steps up), four bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190cm, 2: two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together, 3: four single beds 90x200cm that can be joined together, 4: queen bed 160x200cm + sofa bed 140x190cm with en-suite shower room/WC), one shower room/WC, one shower room, and one separate WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, mini stereo system, reversible air conditioning (living/dining room), cot/bath and high chair, tumble dryer, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Included: electricity, electric heating, reversible air conditioning, firewood, bed linen, and end-of-stay cleaning (for tourists only).
