Waterfront Home on Canal - Heated Pool, Free use of Pontoon Boat! Discount's

Free use 2020 -18' Bennington PONTOON w/ 60-hp outboard motor. If you’re into fishing bring your gear or you also have the option to hire a local charter. Must have boating experience to use boat.

HEATED PRIVATE POOL!!!

This home is located in New Port Richey just 15 miles North of Clearwater in a beautiful waterfront community. Enjoy IMMEDIATE ACCESS to the GULF.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, you just found it!

Let's go fishing or just enjoy the private pool.

Waterfront home includes a heated pool, Pontoon Boat, and Kayaks.

The beaches along the Sun Coast of Florida are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The string of beaches from Anclote Key in the north to Fort De Soto in the south, covers over 36 miles that include Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park, Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach.

This 1700 square foot home is tastefully furnished with yearly updates. Master bedroom has queen bed (adjustable), closet, TV. Second bedroom has one queen (Sleep number) and one twin bed with TV. The Florida Room overlooks the water, includes leather furniture. Wireless internet, bikes, Kayaks all included. Bring you own fishing gear.

We keep our home updated and clean. This is our second home.

Private in ground pool for those days you don't want to be out on the Gulf.

Bicycles to peddle around the community.

Kayaks to paddle around the canals and flats.

wi-fi so you can stay connected without using your minutes.

Washer/dryer for your convenience so you can pack light.

Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Most of them, sadly, aren't on vacation -- and will let us know if they aren't getting a good night's sleep.

My home is setup for a Max 5 people.
Change over are on Saturday's
Boat can only be used by renters.

1st VRBO experience

For are very first VRBO stay we choose this beautiful canal property. The pictures listed look just like the property. It was perfect for are family of 4. The kitchen had everything, and the house was very inviting with a beachy feeling. Are weather was not the best so we didn’t get to enjoy the boat unfortunately so one thing I suggest is buy the extra weather insurance do not be like me and assume it just those Florida pop up showers. We went to 3 different beaches Honeymoon Island was are Favorite. The neighborhood is nice safe place. There was tons of grocery and shopping around this home with a short drive. Patrick the owner responded quickly super friendly. Eric the property manager was very helpful and responsive. The kids loved the pool. So with this being are 1st VRBO stay it was a family win regardless the weather. This home was beautiful. Also check out Jimmys Neighborhood Restaurant their Pizza is delicious. Thanks Patrick for sharing your beautiful waterfront home with us. We also enjoy watching fireworks from the back patio that surrounding neighborhoods were letting off.

Great Stay on the Gulf

Our family (me, my husband, son age 12, daughter age 9, and my mom) spent the first week in June. We had a wonderful time! The house was spotless. Great location with a Publix right near the entrance of the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock, and we all enjoyed the boat! We went out on the boat several times during the week - mostly we went to the sandbar a few miles off coast. The sandbar was crowded Sunday afternoon, but was almost like a private beach the rest of the week. We found so many shells, and even some sand dollars. We also did a good bit of fishing from both the boat and the kayaks. And, we saw some sea turtles and a pair of dolphins! On the days we weren’t out on the boat, we took a trip to Weeki Wachee - we got kayaks near Rogers and paddled upstream. It was super cool, but it was very crowded by around 11, so definitely go early. We spent a morning in Tarpon Springs at the shops on the sponge docks, and we watched a Clearwater Threashers game (minor league team for the Phillies). This was our first trip to the gulf coast, but I’m sure it won’t be the last- and, we would 100% stay here again! Henrietta even came to visit!

Perfect Vacay Spot!!

This house has everything you need and more! It was easy to book through Patrick and the host Eric was readily available for questions. Having a boat was amazing as we went to Anclote Island, the sandbar, and caught too many fish to count!! We visited the Sponge docks and ate way too much Greek food!! The sunrise and sunsets on the boat were beautiful, the neighborhood was close to everything and the neighbors were so nice. My favorite thing was making family memories in a perfect setting! Thank you Patrick and Eric, we will be back

This property is exactly as advertised. Home had everything needed for a weeks long stay. Pool was perfect. The boat made our trip! We used it nearly everyday. The home was better than the listing says. It was very clean, had lots of extras from cooking utensils to beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was great after the day out. We caught fish off the dock and took the pontoon to the island a few times. My kids said it was the best vacation ever! I highly recommended going to the rusty bucket bait shop if you plan on fishing. They can tell you anything about fishing you want to know! If you are having any doubts about booking this, stop and book it! It’s perfect! I had questions about the area before the trip and the host was quick to respond. We even had to change the dates of the trip and he made it super easy.

Excellent Family Vacation

The house was clean and very well-stocked. It was much more spacious than we expected, and as a family of 4 we could spread out and relax. The pool was so nice and we spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and enjoying the water view. We took the boat out a few times, but we felt like it was mostly bonus since we ventured to Clearwater and Tampa a few times for beach and shopping for a great week.

Great!

We spent a month in Patrick’s home and our time there was wonderful. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was exactly as described & very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor area with heated pool, dining set & grill. The pontoon boat was great and a fun way to explore the island & sandbar. Patrick was very responsive & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect for Relaxing

This is a wonderful property! The house was clean, welcoming, and felt like home. This property has a wonderful outdoor area, an awesome pool, and comfortable beds, and the kitchen has everything you need. The pictures do not do the property justice! The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient for shopping and eating out. My husband and I took the boat out every day to fish and visit the Anclote Key and sandbar. Patrick and Eric were awesome, responded quickly, and were super helpful! I highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

Can't wait to return

Wonderful property! We chose it because the rental included use of the boat, but the house was everything that we needed. 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Wonderful outdoor area, nice pool, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. We brought our own, but, the owner provided coolers, a beach umbrella, fishing equipment etc. Nice neighbors as well. We had a great time!

Paradise found

This property was even better than the photos. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well! The house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood but near all conveniences. The pool and yard were perfect for relaxing. We took the boat out fishing and to the Anclote Key sandbar. What an amazing experience! The sunsets as we came in were unforgettable. We caught and released several super cool fish. We did see some dolphins on our boat rides too. We had some friendly boaters help us pull onto and off the sandbar so we could walk on it and collect some gorgeous shells. It was way better than any busy beach! Patrick and Eric were great with communication and so helpful through our experience. We would highly recommend this rental to friends, family and all. You will not be disappointed. We never wanted to leave.

Other than an odd floor plan (a result of additions to the original house), nothing negative to say. It was bright, plenty of windows, comfortable furniture, a billiard table, good quality linens, comfortable beds, and a nice efficient kitchen, all of which, helped make our stay very pleasant. The heated pool was wonderful as was the ability to jump in the pontoon boat and go fishing whenever we were so moved. Unfortunately, as is my usual, I caught not a single keeper and made my contribution to the fish and game commission. It’s well located for day trips and restaurants.
