You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on one of the well-maintained courts at the resort.
Other wonderful resort amenities include a clubhouse with game room, pool table, ping pong, dance hall and fitness center, which overlooks the lagoon. The fitness center has both men and women's locker rooms, showers, and a sauna. The private community beach is the perfect place to relax or cook up your catch of the day.
This stunning gulf-front condo features a completely upgraded interior and new furnishings. The master bedroom overlooks the water and features access to the private balcony where sunsets can be enjoyed or ocean life can be viewed in their natural habitat. Both the master bedroom and living room feature flat screen tvs with high definition cable. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and toaster are provided. Towels and linens are provided as well. The unit will comfortably sleep 4 with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom suite and two single beds in the guest room. If you're a group of 5, the couch in the living room is comfy enough to sleep on.
This is a private gated luxury resort community with 24 hour on site security guard. There are numerous restaurants and shopping centers in the area for your convenience. The hospital is only minutes away for your peace of mind.
Per the association's rule, the following are not allowed in the complex: RV's, Boats, Jet Ski's on Trailers and Kayaks on Trailers.
Please note that for winter months starting in 2026, a one month minimum reservation is required for January through March. In other words, booking should start from January 1st or 2nd and run till end of January(Roughly January 31st). Likewise February and March should start roughly on February 1st through February 28 and March from March 1st through March 31st. You also have the option to book 2 months or all three months at once.
We also have a strict no smoking and no pets policy in the unit.
