Central location is a short distances to the activities of Tampa and Clearwater Beach to the south and Crystal River to the North. Two private bedrooms with queen beds, plus a third bedroom with two twins and full laundry. Each room have TV’s. Enjoy the BBQ and gas fire pit, two kayaks and beach accessories.

The house has a great layout with both primary bedrooms situated on opposite sides of each other with a family in between leading out to the very popular pool lanai patio. Well decorated and well stocked, we gets many reviews of how well the how layout is and how fun the back patio is to hang out at, enjoy tv on the back patio watching all the bird activity along the lake.

Everywhere throughout the private home except access to the garage and storage supply closest.

This is a residential lake community made up of mostly full time residents. The neighbors on both sides are very friendly and do a good job of keeping the eye on the place for us, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Thank You.
