Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but cannot be guaranteed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; a minimum fee of $75 will be applied if any smoking odor is detected. Unauthorized pets are also not allowed; a minimum fee of $150 will be charged if a pet is brought onto the property without prior approval. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and garage. The hot tub is for guest use only. Please ensure the propane valve on the BBQ grill is turned off after each use.
