Location is everything, and this one is a fisherman`s dream. Situated directly across from Froggies Bait Dock, you can park your truck and boat trailer right at the house and be on the water in minutes.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home was built with fishing trips, family getaways, and good times in mind. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area create the perfect gathering space after a day on the bay. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen and large gas burner stove top. ( NO OVEN ACCESS ONLY STOVE TOP AVAILABLE ) Two bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs on opposite sides of the home for added privacy.

Upstairs you`ll find the third bedroom, third bathroom, and a spacious game room featuring a pool table and balcony overlooking the front yard toward the bay. Whether you`re swapping fishing stories, grilling the day`s catch, or enjoying a cold drink over a game of pool, this home delivers the ultimate coastal retreat.

-NO ACCESS TO THE BACK BARNS OR SHED - You can however use all of the concrete drive areas to park vehicles.

Keyless entry - Guests have access to the entire home but not the barn and shed in the back of the property. Guests can park anywhere on the concrete drive areas

Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors or parties. If you book you must stay, you may not book for other unauthorized guests.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties.
No illegal activity is permitted on the property.
Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Dispose of cigarette butts properly and never throw them in the yard or landscaping.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval and FEE
Please clean up after your pets and keep them off furniture.
Parking & Boats
Park only in designated areas.
Guests are responsible for securing all vehicles, boats, trailers, and personal property.
Safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, Routers or safety equipment.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Kitchen & Grilling

NO Beer pong or parties inside the home
Please clean dishes, cookware, and grills after use. Do not use the oven.
Do not Fry inside.
Never leave cooking equipment unattended.
Turn off all appliances when not in use.
Fishing & Coastal Living
Clean fish only in designated areas, if provided.
Do not dispose of fish remains in sinks, toilets, or on the property.
Rinse coolers and fishing gear outside before bringing them indoors.

Check-Out

Before departure, please:

Dispose of trash in the provided bins.
Return furniture to its original location.
Lock all doors and windows.
Turn off lights, TVs, and other electronics.

Damage & Accidents
Accidents happen! Please notify us promptly of any damage so we can address it quickly.
(There may be a charge for replacement value
or cleaning fee)
