"Door handle on one of the bedrooms kept falling off, there was water bottles and trash under one of the beds, trash on windowsills. Hair on towels and in sinks and showers. Food on kitchen counters. Neighbors dog kept coming over and pooping in the yard."

"Upon arrival of the property, the yard grass was tall and tree branches scattered throughout the front and backyard. The following morning, the owner decides to wake everyone up early in the morning by cutting the grass with the lawnmower. Then he decides after he’s done to walk inside with out knocking, saying he needs to check the ac thermostat, and then yells at my guests who were awake at the time complaining about setting the thermostat at a low temperature. The owner also did the same...

"The place is on the older side, but very clean and efficient for what I needed. Had a hick up with receiving the check in info but once I got in touch with the owner everything went great. She is a super nice lady. I would stay again if I was in the area."

"Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...

"Comfortable and convenient for a fishing trip in the Laguna. Small house, but spacious with all the necessities! Covered parking on a new concrete slab felt secure for boat and equipment. Easy water and electrical access for the boat. Wonderful remodeling inside, could use some clothes hooks/racks. No closets. I’ll be back!"
