"great property had a fantastic time. My only feedback would be that there needed to be better kitchen equipment (quality of knives large pot) extra toilet paper, cling wrap and garbage bags. There was only the garbage bag in the bin and no others that we could find.Don’t get me wrong you have a lovely place there on the river and we would defiantly stay again.Thanks for having us. The evans family"

"The communication with the property owner was fantastic....This is truely a hidden gem.....Nature, quietness, calmness galore!! A great place to relax and enjoy. The fire pit is sensational. The inside decor is a bit dated but still very comfy and a great hot shower!! Loved our second stay - We will be back!"

"From the moment we arrived, the Swanport General Store’s heritage charm and location impressed us. The cottage was impeccably clean, spacious and appointed with thoughtful touches, and it was equipped with everything we needed. The comfy sofas in the cosy lounge offered a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the perfectly framed river‑flat views. The verandah and BBQ area were ideal spaces for unwinding after a day exploring the surroundings. Highly recommend!"
