Entry is via the middle level, where high ceilings, timber floors, a sunken lounge room and contemporary artwork create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This level also features a spacious modern kitchen complete with dishwasher and DeLonghi coffee machine, along with a dining area that flows seamlessly to a private BBQ and outdoor entertaining space.

The top level is dedicated to the master retreat, offering a private sitting room, modern ensuite, ceiling fan and direct access to one of the home’s three timber decks.

On the lower level, you’ll find a second living area with TV, access to a large deck, a stylish main bathroom with soaker tub, a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer, plus a double lock-up garage and additional off-street parking.
