Features: main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed & 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, built in robes in all bedrooms & ceiling fans, main bathroom with shower & bath, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, oven & cooktop, combined lounge/dining with a large 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD, air conditioning, inground heated swimming pool, gym, recreation area & BBQ facilities all within the complex. This apartment has fantastic ocean/river views from the living area, both bedrooms & the balcony. Internal laundry with washing machine/dryer. Undercover security parking for 2 vehicles, FREE WIFI.

The apartment is right in the heart of the CBD & is just a short walk to the shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment facilities and is closeby to Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches.

The works are construction in nature and will result in noise, dust and occasionally, chemical smells.
Parts of level 2 will be roped off, as these areas (including the swimming pool) will be out of bounds to all owners, residents and guests. The works, as well as the access restrictions, are expected to take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

we arrived ready for fun .. day 3 we all got Covid .. had to come home 4 days early .. I saved all year for this holiday . my husband has Dementia and I was so excited to get away . No refund they said .. an email told me I broke the Contract .. Heartbroken .. Now I will have to start over to save .. sad .. it wasnt our fault we got Covid .. guess I will have to wait another year ...

We are 2 50+yo adults + 86yo mother/MIL. The apartment was perfect for us. Great location with easy walking along breakwall and within town centre. Quiet location. Lovely views. Spacious with 2 bathrooms. Note MIL stayed in room with single beds as this was facing balcony and easiest access to the 2nd bathroom. But it does share a wall with neighbours so does depend on the noise of the neighbours. The living space was spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, dishes and cooking items (eg bowl for microwave etc). 2 car parking spaces provided which meant we didn't need to squeeze the car. wifi excellent. All up lovely and good value for the quality. One thing to check is the main door lock as it did not lock properly. With the lock enabled, it slams shut but is not locked. You can easily push the door open as the latch doesn't catch. You really need to pull the door tight for a little bit of the latch to catch sufficiently to lock. However, we only discovered this by accident because the door otherwise looks closed. This has been reported for urgent attention, so I would expect this to be fixed before next person staying but make sure you check.

We have stayed at this apartment building before and I can’t rate it enough! A+ accommodation with everything you possibly need, absolutely spotless and straight forward arrangements through Stayz and the real estate that were of care of the apartment. So many things to do at port Macquarie, never boring. The views are sublime overlooking the ocean and the caravan park. Thank you again ☺️☺️

Fantastic , secure unit with great views. Fabulous location - coffee shops within a stones throw of building entrance and easy level walk to town , Port Central. Look forward to popping back again !!

Great location with lots of places to go for walks and close to shops and restaurants. The only negative was the weird noises coming through the ceiling and walls (we were on the top floor ) .

Property was as described in listing. Easy walk to beach and all of the CBD, as well as clubs and pubs. Views from the balcony were great.

Enjoyed our stay in a very well maintained 3 bedroom unit on the 9th level overlooking pool and beach. All we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable was supplied. Would stay here again :-)
