"We were super excited and happy with the house! Spent most of my time in the screened in porch. Watching the Manatee and gators.Had my extended family over for a meal and watch football game. It was super spacious for all to visit and eat comfortably. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and we will be checking back into staying again when we visit the area again. The home was very nice and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Anytime we had a question, the host was very quick to help. "

"Our plans had to change last minute with this property as there were some unpreventable, unforseeable issues which have since been addressed. However, Vacations by Waypoint was on top of things. They instantly booked another beach home 10 seconds down the road from this one for us. We ended up at NanSeas which was a beautiful and spectacularly stocked home. Vacations by Waypoint was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book with them again, and plan to. "

"The house was spacious and very clean. We love the neighborhood, it is fairly quiet. The only issue I had was that the kitchen items could have been slightly better. The cheese shredder is tiny and we LOVE cheese so that was slightly annoying. Other than that the place is very nice. The property owner is super responsive and kind. The beach is incredibly close by. Overall, a great place, wouldn't mind renting again."

"This trip was perfect for our family. We wanted to get away from busy life and this property was the perfect get away. The house was clean and well appointed. The owners have put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable and providing all the little extras. Kevin kept up good contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very welcoming and informative about the area. The view from the porch is perfect. The sunrises were beautiful. There was basically no traffic on...

"We absolutely loved the spacious living area in this beach house !! It is perfect for a big family ! There were plenty of places to sleep and room to spread out. We also loved that this house is right on the water. It’s secluded so beach is peaceful and not crowded. Close to Panacea which had some really good restaurants and fresh fish shops!! We will definitely stay again!!!"

"Enjoyed the views and plenty of room for our group. Although there is no water access except via boat at the property, we did walk down the road to the public beach. Although it was rocky in the water, we enjoyed the undeveloped location where the kids found crabs and other creatures. "

The thrid floor screened in porch was a wonderful way to spend the early mornings as well as in the evenings as the the sun went down. "Great Vacation Property! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to the beach without the crowd!the house was clean and stocked with all the appliances you might need. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. There is also a toy area outside stocked with a few beach toys. If you want beach chairs or shade options plan to bring your own unless you get lucky and someone who stays before you happens to leave a few with the toys. The water is pretty calm on this...

"With two young kids, this was a great place to take them to the beach without the hustle and bustle of a touristy area. The state park surrounding the cottage is a beautiful backdrop. The cottage has everything you need and is well maintained with added amenities. Watch for deer and wildlife outdoors! Beach is close with convenient access. Would stay again. "
