Two-story house comprising, on the first floor: a kitchen opening onto a 25m² terrace, a living room, and a shower room with WC. The second floor comprises: two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe; one bedroom with a single bed; a double bunk bed; and a triple bunk bed with two places on the bottom and one on top. A shower room with WC completes this floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is air conditioning, a foosball table, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a clothes rack, and a BBQ. Located 100m from the port and the market, which takes place twice a week. The beach is 2km away with free parking.
