    Waterfront Oasis sits on a calm canal in Long Island Village, a gated waterfront resort community in Port Isabel. This single-level cottage keeps everything on one easy floor, with a bright open living space, a covered patio over the water, and a dock just steps away.



    Inside, an open layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining so your group stays together. Two queen bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the home for privacy, and two full bathrooms keep busy mornings simple. Coastal touches, comfortable furnishings, and central air conditioning make it easy to slow down.



    Whether you are here to fish the canals, tee off on the par-3 course, float between the community pools, or take the short drive to South Padre Island, Waterfront Oasis gives you a relaxed home base on the Texas Gulf Coast.

    Sleeping Arrangements

    Total occupancy: up to 6 guests. The two bedrooms sit on opposite ends of the home for privacy and quiet. The Primary Bedroom features a queen bed, soft white linens, built-in storage, and a private full bathroom close at hand. The Guest Room offers a second queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, and its own climate control. Two queen bedrooms comfortably sleep four, with room for up to six.



    Bathrooms

    Waterfront Oasis offers two full bathrooms. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a double vanity, while the guest bathroom features a tub and shower combination. Fresh towels and standard bath amenities are provided.



    Living Areas

    The open living room is the heart of the cottage, with a comfortable leather sectional, a built-in entertainment center, and large windows that keep the space bright. French doors open straight to the covered patio, blurring the line between inside and out. It is an easy place to gather for a movie, a card game, or a quiet evening after a day on the water.



    Kitchen & Dining

    The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to fresh-caught dinners, with granite counters, stainless appliances, a double oven, and an island with bar seating. Share casual meals at the breakfast bar, or carry plates out to the covered patio for dinner with a water view.



    Outdoor Space

    Outdoor living is the reason to book here. The covered patio runs along the water with room to dine, lounge, and watch the sun drop over the canal. Steps below, a canal-side dock puts you right at the water for fishing, watching the boats, or simply taking in the breeze. Mornings are made for coffee by the water, and evenings for long, easy sunsets.



    Long Island Village Resort

    Your stay includes access to the amenities of Long Island Village, a gated waterfront resort community. Cool off in the outdoor pools, swim laps in the indoor pool, or soak in the indoor hot tub. Tee off on the par-3 golf course, play a set of tennis or pickleball, or try shuffleboard, sand volleyball, basketball, and mini golf. Indoors you will find a fitness center, a billiards and game room, and activity halls, plus a marina, on-site dining, and miles of canal-front to explore.

    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to the entire single-level cottage, including the living areas, kitchen, both bedrooms, the covered waterfront patio, and the canal-side dock, plus the shared amenities of Long Island Village.



    Self check-in is available through a lock box, so arrival is simple and flexible. Keys stay with the lock box at the home, so please do not take them to the office. Your gate card and community wristbands can be picked up at the Welcome Center and returned there at the end of your stay.



    Parking is available on site. Long Island Village has limited parking and vehicle-size restrictions, so large trucks, vans, and oversized SUVs may not fit. Please plan for one standard vehicle and reach out with any questions before you arrive.



    The Neighborhood:

    Long Island Village is a gated waterfront resort community in Port Isabel, set along quiet canals just across the bay from South Padre Island. The community is known for its resort amenities, including pools, an indoor hot tub, a par-3 golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, and on-site dining. Port Isabel's historic lighthouse, shops, and seafood restaurants are minutes away, and the beaches of South Padre Island are a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway.



    Getting Around:

    A car is the easiest way to get around. South Padre Island is roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, and Port Isabel's downtown is just minutes away. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is about 30 minutes by car, and Valley International Airport in Harlingen is around 45 minutes. Within Long Island Village, the community is easy to explore on foot or by golf cart.



    Other Things to Note:

    • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

    • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

    • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

    • This is a gated community. A gate card and wristbands are required for entry and for the community amenities, and can be picked up at the Welcome Center.

    • Parking is limited with vehicle-size restrictions. Oversized vehicles may not fit, and any HOA parking fines are the responsibility of the guest.

    • Please take all trash with you on departure. A garbage compactor is located next to the tennis courts on your way out of the community.

    • Pets are not allowed.

    • Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

    • Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

    • No smoking, parties, or events.

    • The home is a single-level cottage in a resort community, so some amenities and spaces are shared with other guests and residents.
