"This was my grandson’s 18th birthday gift. He wanted to go to the beach. He was surprised and in AW… to see the home. My grand-daughter was able to bring her Molly (dog). Needless to say we all enjoyed ourselves even when it rained. It was like being right at home. The beds were comfortable, we cooked out as much as we could. Extremely clean all around. "It was a really great place to stay for a last minute stay! Very small but super cute and clean! Enough space for two people. The only thing you've gotta watch out for is the fees.. I had to pay an extra $100+ that wasnt included on the listing or anywhere on my confirmation email. It was after I booked the nonrefundable listing that I noticed an extra charge on my bank statement. i was notified of another fee a day before check in."

"The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. Several light bulbs out including master shower, upstairs bathroom, dining room, porch, and...
