Perfectly positioned halfway between the Port Hughes and Moonta Bay jetties this newly built, beautifully furnished and well appointed two-storey holiday home is set on a peaceful corner block with picturesque ocean views. With Simms Cove Beach only a short 200-metre stroll away, this property offers an ideal setting for families and friends wanting a relaxed seaside retreat.

Whether you’re watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand or enjoying a quiet morning coffee listening to the birds, the atmosphere here is one of pure relaxation.

Upstairs, the open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a comfortable lounge with smart TV, large dining space, and kitchen bar stools for easy socialising. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a gas six-burner stove, large oven, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and a well-stocked kitchen & walk-in pantry — everything you need to cook up a feast.

The master suite offers a private sanctuary with ocean views, block-out curtains, ceiling fan, a walk-in robe, private ensuite, and a luxurious king-sized hotel-quality bed. A convenient upstairs powder room adds extra comfort and accessibility.

Step outside to the extra spacious north facing deck, the perfect spot for alfresco dining and soaking in those spectacular Moonta Bay views. Everything you need is here including gas BBQ, large outdoor dining table & comfortable chairs, and an esky so you can have your drinks chilled and at the ready while you put your feet up and relax in the lounge chairs. An ideal spot to breathe in the fresh air & watch nature at its best.

Downstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms, both featuring comfortable beds, built in robes for ample storage, ceiling fans and block-out curtains.
Two single bedrooms provide extra flexibility — one can be converted to a king bed upon request. A second living area downstairs creates the perfect retreat for children or teens, complete with a large TV and cosy lounge seating.

Port Hughes is an ideal getaway destination, just two hours from Adelaide. The area offers safe beaches, two accessible jetties, and the charming Moonta township, home to shops, cafes, pubs, a supermarket, tackle store, and fuel. The Port Hughes Tavern and general store are only a short stroll away — perfect for a great meal, coffee, or essentials. Golf lovers will appreciate the nearby Greg Norman-designed The Dunes golf course. For those with kids or kids at heart, Moonta splash park is close by and for history lovers head into Moonta Mines & visit the Museum & local Old Moonta Sweet Shop. If you feel like venturing further you will find towns Wallaroo & Kadina a short drive away.

House Rules

No access to the shed for guests.

Strictly no parties – our neighbour's are permanent residents, and we ask all guests to be respectful of their privacy.

No fish cleaning inside the house – a dedicated fish cleaning station is provided behind the shed.
