"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront retreat. The place was spotless, modern, and well-stocked with everything we needed - it exceeded our expectations. The view from the private deck was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lake - perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The staff onsite was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of (especially Stephanie). "The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased."

"The communication with the owners, the property, the surroundings..... Everything was way better than I anticipated. Kayaks available for use & dock space. The home was beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained. Looking forward to rebooking for next year. "

"We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area."

"The house was very clean & well appointed! Group of us were in the area for a wedding, plenty of room & wonderful accommodations! Michelle was so great, one of our party left some items in the house after checkout & Michelle went out of her way to make sure we got them back! Highly highly recommend this place!"

"House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....

"This was a wonderful site that I would love to visit again. The river flowing by was so beautiful. I would like to stay again when we don’t have so much rain. The river was too raging for any swimming. The only downside was there was a bit of a steep walk down to the site from the parking area, but you do have to go downhill to be near a river."

"The property was clean and furniture was cozy. The AC units kept the house very comfortable. "

"Our stay at this home was nothing short of amazing. When we arrived, we entered the home to a refreshing colt temperature as the a.c was left on prior to our arrival. The house was immaculate, and well taken care of. I am already looking into booking for a future rental for our family vacation. There are a lot of stairs from the home to the dock so be prepared if you are using the dock. Also needed to place a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent my little one from going up. "This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop. The house had everything you need from the well supplied kitchen to the comfortable king sized bed. The hosts (Barbs) were also so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental. We hope to return in the future. "
