Leave the car and plan your route; stroll a short distance to town, walk through the Reserve to Pea Soup cove or head to the popular East Beach via the river walk in just 10 minutes. Cottage on James sleeps up to 6 guests; two queen bedrooms and a third room with two single beds. It is a lovely, spacious cottage with two living areas at either end of the house. The main living area has an open plan kitchen lounge/dining area with french doors leading out to the large enclosed lawn area with outdoor furniture.

There is rear access to the property with ample area for parking a boat.

Head to South Beach's Pea Soup, which is perfect for children with its shallow water, wonderful sands and rock pools. Or East Beach if you are hitting the surf.

The area offers a wide variety of scenery and attractions, with opportunities for coastal and inland walking, bird watching, fishing, canoeing, horse-riding, boat trips to name but a few. In short, there is something for everyone all year round to enjoy in historic Port Fairy.
