"Just loved it very much host was excellent very accommodating was had great use of the paddle boat kayaks canoe was lovely lil place bunkie on the water was a great sleep was very comfy cottagy lots of dock space to fish and sit have coffee right on the lake was is a very beautiful spot and we really enjoyed our stay of clamping for the first time was really fun. Thanks so much to the host for letting us use the property was fantastic."

I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. "Our family had a great week at Erika's property, experiencing a clean and welcoming cottage with beautiful views, plus friendly local neighbors! Visiting as a family of 6, with 2 little ones and a 4-legged friend, we had ample space in this sweet little cottage, with the fantastic screened in porch area being our favorite hangout spot. Not to mention, the thrilling fishing just steps away on both the dock of the property, and the boat we rented for the week from Norris Bait and Tackle. The kids...

It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). "My husband and I really enjoyed this little fishing cabin in the woods. It was just what we needed. There are beautiful trees and the fireflies put on an amazing lightshow for us every single evening for the entire week that we stayed there. We had everything we needed and all that is described in the listing.Liz and Robbie were very pleasant to meet and speak with and told us a quite a bit about the town. "Potato island was absolutely perfect for our family, and we had a fun, relaxing week long stay. The cottage is older..rustic but very clean and had everything needed for prepping food. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, and we felt so mentally refreshed. The kids swam every day rain or shine, we went canoeing, read books, sat around the camp fire, played games, and the dogs had a blast running around the island.
