"Property was as described, very clean, lots of amenities and supplies that I haven't seen offered at other properties. Neighborhood was quiet, train dies run frequently, but its hardly noticeable off in the distance. Owner was very responsive and checked-in during our stay. Lake & Park very short walk from property. "7 friends and myself needed a place to stay for Pyrate weekend at PIB. This condo is super convenient to everything ( good food and the Jet Express are only a 4 min drive). The view of the lake is really pretty, especially sunset. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and space for us to just hang out. The price was also very reasonable. We had a great time. "

Only because of the age of the houseboat there were areas that were a bit worn but nothing of concern.
